The last time I uploaded a calendar spread I got got threatened with legal action, which I actually view as a badge of honor/right of passage in the blog world. However that was the 2010 Bo Dixon calendar, and I really was blowing the metaphorical load for the producers of that calendar, so I took down the shots and admitted I shouldn't have posted them in the first place.

However, I think a 2001 Men Magazine calendar is fair game. The calendar came out nearly ten years ago and, much to my chagrin, Men Magazine has merged with the mediocre Unzipped--clearly a sign of its death throes.

I have a strange obsession with buying pornographic calendars. I say strange because I never use them and I buy 6 or 7 per year. The formats are often too oversized to store properly, so I end up with piles of Steve Kelso and Ben Cohen calendars stacked to the ceiling without so much as a "Dentist 4 o'clock" or "meet Zak at blow buddies" penciled on any of them.

I can just see my NC-17 episode of "Hoarders" where they use a back-hoe to dig me out from under my used porno as I shout "Wait! Don't throw away that one! That calendar's got memories!"

Defunct porn site, classic porno

This ad, from a 2000 porn mag, I guess now qualifies as "classic". The website is no more, but I admire their use of imagery: It's from the classic Titan porn film "Eruption" (one of my all time favorites). Now it seems like nothing out of the ordinary, but 10 years ago I was not used to high class porn with good production values and hot men (the classiness can be noted from the line of spittle hanging out of Eduardo's mouth onto Dean Coulter's cock). Dean Coulter had a distinguished, albeit brief, porn career. He was only in about 10 movies with Titan and Raging Stallion, but they were all pretty memorable. He had one of the finest asses ever to be in porn, and the directors knew it. His scene with Chris Steele in Sex Pack 4 is probably my favorite scene of all time, and his scene with Eduardo in Eruption is a close second. The grunts he lets out when Eduardo is working him over on the black sand beach...amazing.
For a while he was part of a porn power couple with super hot daddy Mike Roberts...they even did one movie together, Chapters, which I wanted to love but had some direction problems.

This movie was the first of a series that started off great then fizzled quickly. The first scene is a match up between heavily pierced Matt McGrath and super-cub Dean Coulter (who is, I think, Anne's cousin). In the high point Dean is sitting on Matt's cock gyrating and flexing his wonderful ass. It is one of my favorite moments in any porn.
There is another awesome scene between Eric Evans and Brent Banes against an all black background--very "artistic". Eric has these unnecessary but hot metal biceps bands and is in superb shape. He pretty relentlessly tops Brent for the whole scene, including a long face to face position, which is I think underutilized in porn.
