Ron Raz with far too many clothes on

One downside to acquiring beat up beat-off mags is that they're kinda damaged. I was hypersalivating over Mr. Raz here when I realized that at least a few of the photos from this spread had fallen out and been lost to the sands of time. Apparently Mr. Raz did take his clothes off for the camera but I've been unable to locate any shots. That dreamy shot on the cover is almost enough to make up for the lack of peen though. He's very Baldwin..like their hot cousin.

Byron Hawkwood, rescued from Mandate

A friend of mine recently gave me some coverless or otherwise damaged porno from his vast collection. In his words it couldn't be sold on Ebay and he thought it might find a second life with me on the blog. This spread from the May 1980 issue of Mandate was the gem of the bunch (thanks Brian!).

I have seen shots of Byron Hawwood before, but the layout in the magazine really complemented his butch Colt manliness in way I've never noticed before. He's got what I think of as the "Colt Ass" down pat, along with a fucking hot chest and back. Oh, and the hair! The mousse that must have been involved!!

 I've tried to preserve the awesome "porn mag" feel of the layout, but it's hard...and now we're in an age when graininess is often considered a detractor....but for whats its worth this is what 1980 Mandate was like:
