Many thanks to Ryan for identifying this guy as Armon Adibi. What I wasn't expecting is that the photo was doctored.
In retrospect the abs are kind of unnaturally hairy, but I was 100% fooled. Apparently photoshop has a bear-stamp tool now.
I'd never heard of Armon before, but he's pretty nice looking if you're into roids. Which, of course, I am. He also seems to understand the value of some glam shots to increase his fan base.
