He was in one very memorable movie: Titan's "River Patrol". He was in few magazines around that time too, mostly doing promotion for the movie, but never appeared in another big movie again (according to Smutjunkies he was in a movie called "Self Made Men Part 2", but that movie seems to have disappeared).
His lifted-up shirt on the VHS cover of River Patrol caught my attention back in the day, especially because he looked a little like my room mate in college--well, a porn star version of him at least.
River Patrol was a good movie. There are several outstanding scenes in it. Tom's scene is a threesome with Michael D'amours and Max Holden that begins outdoors in a field, then moves to a bedroom. Max and Michael fuck, then both jerk off on Tom's chest, Michael strangely howling during his orgasm. Then all three of them rub the cum into Tom's chest hair.
It just doesn't get much better than that.
