I actually first saw this album cover framed at a friends house in San Francisco and I nearly hit the floor. I combed through online LP sites until I found a copy for myself. Rod McKeun has had a pretty interesting life, but to be honest I've never even listened to the album. The hot Crisco'ed arm in question, and the chest on the inside of the fold-out album belong to Bruno, 70's porn uber daddy.
For some reason people found this cover controversial and it was replaced in some areas by this:
Which is great in a whole different way.
